We offer you varied and exciting work experiences with children and young people from all over the world. Depending on the field of activity, you can already gain your first experience as a counselor at the age of 16 as a CIT (counselor in training) and immerse yourself in the world of summer camps.

Do you already have experience and are an expert in a specific area? Then become a workshop leader with us and inspire the campers with your individual course!

Are you an upcoming educator or teacher and would like to lead your own group on our group and class trips? Among other things, we offer you the opportunity to do your social internships with us. Become a sports camp leader!

What to bring:

• Sport affinity

• First experiences with youth work

• Sense of duty and willingness to work hard

• English communication skills

• [optional but an advantage] trainer license, lifeguard, 1st aid certificate etc.

• For sports camp leaders: Socio-pedagogical training / studies (e.g. educators, teachers, pedagogues, etc.)
